Welcome to CHANDUCATE LLC. By accessing or using our website (chanducate360.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Company Information

CHANDUCATE LLC is a limited liability company based in Sacramento, California, United States. All services are provided by CHANDUCATE LLC.

2. Services

CHANDUCATE LLC provides:

AI consulting and custom AI development services
Founder Readiness Scan (free assessment)
Founder Alignment Session ($197 paid service)
Clarity Call ($97 paid service)
Custom AI development projects (priced per engagement)

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
The $197 Founder Alignment Session fee is credited toward any future 360° engagement
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment if the alignment call has not yet taken place
All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

4. Intellectual Property

All content, concepts, product names, frameworks (including the 9D Consciousness Framework), application designs, and the CHANDUCATE trademark are the exclusive intellectual property of CHANDUCATE LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation is strictly prohibited. USPTO trademark registration in progress.

5. User Submissions

Information submitted through forms is used solely for providing requested services
Assessment responses are reviewed by authorized personnel only
We do not share your submissions with third parties without your consent
You retain ownership of the content you submit

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our website
Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." CHANDUCATE LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue generation, or startup success from our consulting services or assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHANDUCATE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with CCPA, Israel's Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13), and GDPR.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. For Israeli residents, consumer protection provisions of Israeli law apply where mandatory.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
